Development Manager - Mixed portfolio (Boston)

The Development Manager will directly report into the VP of Development and have the following responsibilities:

• Perform entitlements, permitting, marketing and construction management of existing projects
• Procuring due diligence material, produce financial projections, investment memorandoms
• Manage processes from land acquisitions to project completion across various asset classes
• Oversee the entire project life cycle from start to finish and be the main point of contact for 3rd parties
• Perform effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
