Their company is made up of around 40-50 employees and employees.Job DescriptionSeeking a Development Manager to be responsible for:Managing the execution of development for utility scale renewable energy projects from greenfield to NTPCollaborate with engineering team and external consultants to evaluate site layouts and constraints, technology options, schedule implications, interconnection applications and studiesDirect and conduct due diligence on development-stage project and portfolio acquisitions, including comparison and prioritisation of multiple opportunities based on common siting and permittingManage external stakeholders supporting environmental assessment campaignsManage external stakeholders supporting property and sales tax abatement effortsManage occasional permitting activities with support from other team membersPrepare project budgets, schedules, and RFP responsesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
