Their company is made up of around 450 employees and employees can work on an 100% remote basis.Job DescriptionSeeking an experienced Development Manager to be responsible for various stages from greenfielding through to COD. These responsibilities include:Managing and executing the development of utility scale renewable energy projects from greenfield to CODCollaborate with engineering team and external consultants to evaluate site layouts and constraints, technology options, schedule implications, interconnection applications and studiesDirect and conduct due diligence on development-stage project and portfolio acquisitions, including comparison and prioritization of multiple opportunities based on common siting, permitting, interconnection, power-marketing and other project metricsManage external stakeholders supporting environmental assessment campaignsManage external stakeholders supporting property and sales tax abatement effortsManage occasional permitting activities with support from other team membersPrepare project budgets, schedules, and RFP responsesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
