Development Manager

• Oversee and direct real estate development projects from beginning to end.
• Review and approve project designs and plans.
• Coordinate and manage contractors and other professionals.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Identify and mitigate risks involved with project development.
• Monitor and guide projects' operational and financial performance.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors and service providers.
• Liaise with property management to ensure successful handover and operation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, community representatives, and clients.
