Job Description

In this highly dynamic position, you will be involved in communications, GTM, branding, and digital engagements, for the purpose of creating a retention framework for our clients SMB and consumer clients. The Digital Engagements Marketing Manager will primarily be responsible for the following:

  • Find opportunities to increase awareness, adoption and increased usage of our digital products and features across online banking and mobile apps.
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies that measurably increase digital engagements.
  • Develop and execute cross-channel campaigns through online properties, hard copy collateral, direct mail, email, events etc.
  • Position digital products and features as industry disruptors, and drive messaging across product and outbound channels.
  • Identify key audiences and segments to evangelize.
  • Establish engagement goals for key campaigns. Develop KPI and measurement frameworks with reporting procedures.
  • Help shape the product road map by partnering with product, design and analytics teams to solve client's most pressing needs.
  • Partner with central marketing organization on an as-needed basis.

The Successful Applicant

Our client is looking to find the right caliber of candidate who possesses the right blend of strategic and visionary mindset, with an ability to nurture and lead others to success. In this role, you will manage a small marketing team of 3-5, and be the owner of roughly 2-4 digital engagement campaigns per month. To make a strong impact on the team's success and performance, candidates should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in relevant roles (digital, product, life cycle, or integrated marketing).
  • Demonstrated track record of creating customer segment-driven campaigns to drive new customer acquisition, deepen engagement and retention, preferably in consumer markets.
  • Bank and/or financial services experience very strongly encouraged.
  • People leadership experience required.
  • Best-in-class verbal and written communicator. Strong writing very strongly preferred.
  • Expertise in digital product promotion / marketing - web and app experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing high impact go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience in customer life cycle strategy and execution.
  • Ability to conduct, synthesize and apply user insights, research and testing to strategy.

Comprehensive salary offerings for the Digital Engagements Marketing Manager role will be as follows:

  • $150,000 - $185,000 base salary, depending on experience
