Due to growth they are building out a digital marketing team from the ground up - one of the key roles will be a Digital Marketing Manager.Job DescriptionJOB RESPONSIBILITIESWebsite Ownership &CMS ManagementLead all website design, development and operations, including updates, optimization, UX enhancements, landing page builds, and CMS management (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, or similar).Build and maintain tracking infrastructure to monitor user behavior, funnel performance, and goal completions.eCommerce & Digital Strategy DevelopmentPartner with product and commercial teams to define and launch eCommerce capabilities aligned with business needs.Drive a roadmap for digital enhancements that support conversion and customer experience.SEO & Paid AdvertisingBuild and execute an integrated SEO strategy, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content recommendations.Own paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to drive traffic, MQLs, and conversions.Monitor and optimize ad performance based on clear KPIs and ROI targets.Analytics &KPIsDefine and report on key digital marketing metrics across all owned and paid channels.Translate insights into actionable recommendations for content, UX, and campaign strategy.Email Marketing & AutomationBuild and manage email campaigns, nurture workflows, and newsletters to engage prospects and partners.Collaborate with content and clinical marketing teams to ensure timely and relevant messaging.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
