Own the tracking infrastructure to monitor user behavior, funnel performance, and key goal completions across digital properties.eCommerce & Digital Strategy Development Collaborate with product and commercial teams to define, implement, and optimize eCommerce capabilities that align with strategic business objectives. Drive a roadmap of digital improvements that enhance conversion rates and overall customer experience.SEO & Paid Media Strategy Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy including technical SEO, on-page optimizations, and content collaboration. Manage paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to drive high-quality traffic and lead generation. Monitor campaign KPIs, test creative elements, and continuously optimize for ROI and cost efficiency.Analytics & KPI Reporting Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators across digital channels. Translate insights into tactical recommendations across content, UX, and paid campaign strategies to improve marketing effectiveness.Email Marketing & Automation Design, deploy, and optimize email marketing campaigns, nurture flows, and newsletters. Collaborate closely with content and clinical teams to align messaging and ensure relevance and engagement.Creative & Cross-Functional Collaboration Work cross-functionally with design, product, clinical, and content teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives. Translate business goals into digital strategies that reflect brand identity and drive measurable outcomes.Performance Optimization Utilize data, A/B testing, and funnel analysis to continuously improve performance across digital touchpoints.
