About Our Client

Our client is a small medical device manufacturing company on the North Shore of Boston. Due to growth they are building out a digital marketing team from the ground up - one of the key roles will be a Content Marketing Manager.

Job Description

Website Ownership & CMS Management
Lead all aspects of website design, development, and ongoing operations, including content updates, UX enhancements, landing page creation, and CMS management (e.g., Webflow, WordPress).
Own the tracking infrastructure to monitor user behavior, funnel performance, and key goal completions across digital properties.

eCommerce & Digital Strategy Development
Collaborate with product and commercial teams to define, implement, and optimize eCommerce capabilities that align with strategic business objectives.
Drive a roadmap of digital improvements that enhance conversion rates and overall customer experience.

SEO & Paid Media Strategy
Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy including technical SEO, on-page optimizations, and content collaboration.
Manage paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to drive high-quality traffic and lead generation.
Monitor campaign KPIs, test creative elements, and continuously optimize for ROI and cost efficiency.

Analytics & KPI Reporting
Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators across digital channels.
Translate insights into tactical recommendations across content, UX, and paid campaign strategies to improve marketing effectiveness.

Email Marketing & Automation
Design, deploy, and optimize email marketing campaigns, nurture flows, and newsletters.
Collaborate closely with content and clinical teams to align messaging and ensure relevance and engagement.

Creative & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with design, product, clinical, and content teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives.
Translate business goals into digital strategies that reflect brand identity and drive measurable outcomes.

Performance Optimization
Utilize data, A/B testing, and funnel analysis to continuously improve performance across digital touchpoints.
Drive experimentation and learnings that support customer acquisition and retention strategies.

The Successful Applicant

  • B.S. in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience including UX, SEO, CMS, and paid media.
  • Proven experience managing website operations and optimizing web performance through CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow.
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics, user journeys, and growth funnels.
  • Experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proven success in using data to drive decisions.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Bonus: Experience applying DTC-style strategies in a B2B or B2B2C context.
