This is a highly visible role with a clear promotion path to Vice President, offering the opportunity to build structure, modernize processes, and centralize corporate documentation during a period of organizational evolution. The ideal candidate brings strong accounting fundamentals and comfort working with legal agreements, corporate governance materials, contracts, loan documents, and entity records. You don't need to lead legal, but you must be competent, organized, and capable of managing documentation and ensuring administrative rigor.This role will interface closely with senior leadership and will play a critical part in improving internal organization, reducing reliance on external providers, and elevating corporate operations.Accounting & Financial OversightLead corporate accounting in partnership with the Assistant Controller, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
