They cover building safety & compliance, property services and infrastructure compliance services to corporate clients. As a result of a recent round of private equity financing, they are now poised to embark upon their stateside growth journey. The Group is targeting a significant expansion of its US operations, aiming to grow this segment to 25% of total group revenue within four years. The Director of Acquisitions & Integration is central to achieving that strategic goal.

Job Description

Established facilities management business seeks US based Director of Acquisitions & Integration to source, execute and operationally lead new US based venture.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Acquisitions & Integration will lead strategic M&A initiatives across the US market. This role combines deal origination, financial and commercial evaluation, and post-acquisition integration oversight. You will be instrumental in identifying acquisition targets, building relationships with business owners, and executing transactions that drive long-term value. Main duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Development
  • Commercial Evaluation & Deal Execution
  • Due Diligence & Integration
  • Sales Due Diligence & Value Creation
  • Governance & Executive Support
  • Operational leadership of US business

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelors degree
  • MBA (ideal, not essential)
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in either P&L leadership, corporate development, M&A, investment banking, or strategy consulting.
  • Experience of acquiring and running businesses
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, particularly with SME owners and senior executives
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent work streams.
