Job Description

Lead the design and implementation of business and data systems to meet operational needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvement.
Analyze data trends to support strategic decision-making in the FMCG sector.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all platforms and reporting tools.
Provide guidance and training to team members on system use and best practices.
Oversee the integration of new technologies to enhance data analytics capabilities.
Monitor system performance and resolve any technical issues promptly.
Develop documentation and reports to support business objectives and compliance requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director, Business and Data Systems should have:

8+ years of experience
A strong understanding of business analytics and data systems within the FMCG industry.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software relevant to the role.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Experience in managing system integrations and technology implementations.
Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
