Job Description

  • Provides leadership in the management of multiple IND enabling activities and Phase I clinical trials across geographies from the planning phase to the analysis phase for delivery
  • Cooperates external and internal stakeholders to achieve the Company's clinical
  • development goals and project objectives including product quality, budget control and time line
  • Fosters collaboration across clinical teams, functional departments and geographies to ensure successful execution of clinical trials
  • Develops project deliverables and utilize innovative approaches to synthesize and analyze project information and report the outcomes to the executive management team to facilitate full execution of clinical trials
  • Serves as the high-level external operational contact at the project level responsible for managing and ensuring CRO delivery on time, on budget and with a high level of quality
  • Provide leadership in process improvement activities and initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • BS/MS/PhD degree in related health fields such as nursing, pharmacy or health science, biological sciences, etc.
  • Must have 10+ years of clinical research experience and experiences in clinical project management
  • Oncology biotech experience is highly preferred
  • Have advanced knowledge of drug development process and inter-dependencies of key functions
  • Must have experiences in managing clinical CRO and ensuring timely and quality delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, conflict management, time management, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Oncology biotech experience is highly preferred
  • Strong team-building skills and the ability to work successfully in a matrixed team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese preferred
