Director of Construction - Dallas Retail

• 
  
  Lead and support the construction team, including Project Managers, Project Coordinators/Engineers, and Superintendents, ensuring they have what they need to succeed.

  Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from preconstruction all the way through to closeout, making sure everything runs smoothly.
• 
  
  Collaborate closely with Estimating, Preconstruction, and Business Development to keep the project pipeline strong and plan ahead effectively.
• 
  
  Continuously improve project management systems, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
• 
  
  Ensure projects meet all safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements-every time.
• 
  
  Mentor and guide your team, helping them grow while also supporting hiring and onboarding as the company expands.
• 
  
  Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, trade partners, and your internal teams.
• 
  
  Proactively identify and address project risks before they become issues.
• 
  
  Keep executive leadership in the loop with regular updates on project progress and departmental performance.
