They are seeking a talented Director of Construction to lead their development efforts and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Job DescriptionLead and manage the construction process for multiple luxury multifamily and resort style projects, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.Oversee all pre-construction activities, including planning, budgeting, bidding, and scheduling.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Ensure that all construction activities adhere to design specifications, quality standards, and luxury brand requirements.Monitor and control construction budgets, change orders, and cost forecasts to ensure financial objectives are met.Manage relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure optimal project execution.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality control.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements across all construction projects.Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and innovation.Collaborate with design teams to ensure that the aesthetic and functional aspects of the project are achieved.Report regularly to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and any necessary changes.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantMultiple years of experience in construction management, with a strong focus on mid-market to luxury condominium, resort or multifamily projects.Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, condominium or multifamily projects.In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
