Description

  • 5+ years of Director, executive level, construction manager or related experience
  • Reliable vehicle & valid drivers license
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn other software programs quickly
  • Highly organized with strong attention to details and follow-through
  • A positive attitude
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply common sense understanding to follow directions meticulously
  • Self-motivated & proactive

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of experience
  • Experience in working on projects with values of $150M+
  • EPC background
  • B.S in Construction Management or relevant degree
  • Understand costs and market conditions
  • The ability to lead and manage a team underneath you
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility for some travel to project sites

What's on Offer

  • $150,000 - $175,000
  • Annual bonus based on personal contribution & company performance
