Job Description

  • Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Analyze operational performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Oversee resource allocation and procurement processes.
