Director of Construction

• The Director of Construction will be responsible for:
• Manages, oversees and coordinates architectural and design services and tasks
• Establishes operational objectives and work plans, and delegates assignments to subordinate managers
• Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements
• Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and reviews project management activities with regard to design and construction Resolves complex, design and construction project related issues, disputes, and disagreements
• Being sole person responsible on-site
• Working directly with architects day to day
• Working with budget given by President
• Help choose the narrative of the project and be part of the decision-making process for choosing the correct general contractor for the project
