Job Description

What you will do:

  • Lead M&A Integration: Oversee operational integration efforts for new acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Drive Manufacturing Excellence: Develop and implement standardized AME processes and a process improvement culture across global factories.
  • Manage Automation & CapEx: Create roadmaps for process improvement, manage global capital expenditure budgets, and standardize equipment.
  • Foster Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and project delivery.
  • Develop Strategic Initiatives: Create and implement manufacturing and engineering strategies for in sourcing and optimizing global manufacturing footprint.
  • Lead Major Projects: Manage significant manufacturing projects, including new product launches and facility consolidations.

The Successful Applicant

What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 12+ years industrial manufacturing experience.
  • History of M&A operation integrations for small and mid-size companies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively and efficiently lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, time-sensitive initiatives.
