About Our Client

This National Real Estate Development Firm are currently seeking their Director of Development to oversee all Affordable Housing/LIHTC acquisitions and development decisions primarily within the DC, MD & VA regions; with additional oversight of other markets in the US.

Job Description

Take the lead with regards to affordable housing/LIHTC acquisition deals
Financial analysis, modeling and contribution to investment decisions
Analysis of complex partnership agreements and cash flow waterfalls
Complete oversight of project pro formas (budgeting, scheduling, underwriting)
Contract negotiation
Managing the team from conceptual design and entitlements to construction documentation

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or similar
10+ years' experience in real estate development
Proven development experience within the Affordable Housing/LIHTC sector
Strong quantitative, financial analysis and modeling
