Job Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that integrates brand positioning, performance marketing, e-commerce, and customer experience.
  • Lead and manage the brand marketing and growth teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, PR, influencer marketing, and events.
  • Drive e-commerce growth and generate qualified lead opportunities.
  • Provide data and materials to support the sales team in customer retention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to optimize digital marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with the broader company strategy.
  • Reposition the brand to attract new clients while preventing channel conflict.
  • Manage creative direction alongside internal or external design teams to ensure consistency with luxury branding.
  • Build and lead a marketing/customer insights function to utilize data and analytics for enhanced decision-making.
