With a team of 300 passionate individuals, they are seeking a Director of Employee Relations to lead and enhance their employee relations strategies, foster a positive workplace culture, and support our organization's goals.Job DescriptionLead, conduct, and oversee complex employee relations investigations, ensuring fair and consistent resolution in compliance with organizational policies and applicable laws.Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.Analyze trends in employee relations and recommend proactive solutions to mitigate risks and improve workplace satisfaction.Build, mentor, and lead a team of 5 direct reports, fostering their professional development and ensuring high performance.Oversee the delegation of cases and responsibilities within the team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of employee relations matters.Collaborate with organizational leaders to manage performance issues and develop action plans for improvement.Partner with managers to deliver feedback, coaching, and strategies to enhance team and individual performance.Ensure all employee relations activities are conducted in alignment with organizational policies, labor laws, and best practices.Regularly review and update policies and procedures to maintain compliance and relevance.Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations on employee relations and workplace culture.Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to foster transparency and trust.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
