With expertise in formulation and manufacturing processes, they provide components that serve a wide range of industries, including automotive, healthcare, electronics, and more.Job DescriptionYou will report directly into the Company President and have the opportunity to:Champion safety by following and enforcing policies, reporting hazards, and actively supporting the Safety Committee.Foster a proactive safety culture on the shop floor.Own the development of new processes for injection, compression, and transfer molding.Drive tooling design, planning, and procurement to hit customer expectations.Lead new product reviews and ensure smooth production integration.Oversee First Article Runs, engineer production startups, and lead production transfers.Coordinate cross-departmental engineering activities and keep projects moving.Mentor the team through new process development and handle workflow documentation.Spearhead process improvements for better safety, quality, and faster cycle times.Fuel cost-saving strategies and collaborate with suppliers on new materials and solutions.Plan and execute long term planning of Company and team goalsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
