Director of Finance and Accounting

• As the Director of Finance and Accounting you will oversee the entire accounting and finance department operations.
• Manage the Accounting and Finance team.
• Direct financial planning and budget management functions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
• Optimize the use of Procore and QuickBooks in financial processes.
• Implement and maintain financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and controls.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations.
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
• Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.
