Job Description

As the Director of Finance you will oversee accounting, financial planning and budgeting processes for the business
Develop and implement strategic financial objectives in line with company goals
Manage and mitigate financial risk through effective policies and controls
Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders
Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic business decisions
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Drive continuous improvement in financial performance and efficiency
Lead and mentor a team of six across accounting and cost accounting
Report and work closely with the CEO and co-founder
This role is located in Scottsdale, AZ

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director of Finance-Manufacturing should have:

Extensive knowledge of accounting and financial management within the manufacturing sector
Degree in Accounting or a related field, CPA or CMA is preferred
Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor a team
Exceptional strategic planning and financial analysis abilities
Experience working with ERP systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A proven track record in driving financial performance and efficiency
