Director of FP&A

• Lead the firm's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop and present financial models, variance analyses, and scenario planning to drive business decisions.
• Partner with department heads and practice group leaders to provide actionable financial insights that optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly financial reviews, analyzing revenue trends, expense management, and profitability metrics.
• Oversee billing, collections, and cash flow forecasting, ensuring strong financial health and stability.
• Support pricing strategy development for legal services, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance revenue growth.
• Manage and enhance financial reporting tools, dashboards, and KPIs to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Work closely with Accounting, Business Development, and IT teams to ensure data integrity and process improvements.
• Provide financial guidance on strategic initiatives, including office expansions, lateral hires, and practice growth opportunities.
