This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with firm leadership and key stakeholders, providing high-impact financial insights in a dynamic legal environment.Job DescriptionLead the firm's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.Develop and present financial models, variance analyses, and scenario planning to drive business decisions.Partner with department heads and practice group leaders to provide actionable financial insights that optimize profitability and operational efficiency.Conduct monthly and quarterly financial reviews, analyzing revenue trends, expense management, and profitability metrics.Oversee billing, collections, and cash flow forecasting, ensuring strong financial health and stability.Support pricing strategy development for legal services, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance revenue growth.Manage and enhance financial reporting tools, dashboards, and KPIs to improve visibility and decision-making.Work closely with Accounting, Business Development, and IT teams to ensure data integrity and process improvements.Provide financial guidance on strategic initiatives, including office expansions, lateral hires, and practice growth opportunities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
