Director of Global Consolidation

• Oversee the global month, quarter, and year-end close for the Company
• Assess and improve financial discipline around the financial close process
• Assess current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement, and implementing new processes
• Oversee the issuance of quarterly technical bulletins to the global finance community, summarizing the recent developments in accounting and financial pronouncements and the likely impact for the company
• Analyze and suggest improvements for the maintenance of critical accounting policies
• Engage External partners in technical accounting matters, manage data requests in a timely and complete manner
• Review the preparation of management reports and analyses, to be provide to the Global Leadership Team and other members of the finance organization
• Responsible for the consolidated quarterly income tax provision preparation as well as the year-end tax provision preparation and documentation, including required footnote disclosures
• Coordinate with external tax consultants, ensure timely and complete filing of tax extensions, estimated tax payments, and returns
