About Our Client

Our client is a leading manufacturing company that specializes in producing high-quality solutions for industrial, commercial, and utility applications. They operate multiple manufacturing facilities across the U.S. that the HR Director will be supporting. The role is full-time on-site at the Houston plant with 30-40% travel to the other plants across the U.S. Along with HR, the Director will develop and oversee workplace safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, reducing risks, and fostering a safe environment across the organization.

Job Description



  • Develop and Execute HR Strategies: Align HR initiatives with business goals, focusing on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development to support manufacturing operations.


  • Partner with Senior Leadership: Collaborate with executives to drive strategic workforce planning, leadership development, and change management initiatives.


  • Oversee Compensation and Workforce Planning: Design competitive compensation structures, benefits programs, and workforce planning strategies to attract and retain top manufacturing talent.


  • Enhance Employee Relations and Compliance: Foster a positive workplace by managing employee relations, ensuring labor law compliance, and implementing policies that support engagement and retention.


  • Drive Continuous Improvement in HR Processes: Utilize data analytics and HR metrics to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance decision-making within the manufacturing environment.
