This search is exclusive to Michael Page and retained.Job DescriptionTalent Acquisition:Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization.Compensation and Benefits:Oversee the development, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and align with industry standards.Conduct regular reviews of the compensation structure and recommend adjustments as needed.Employee Relations:Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and employment laws.Resolve conflicts, handle disciplinary actions, and conduct investigations as necessary.Employee Engagement:Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance job satisfaction, productivity, and retention.Lead initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Leadership and Development:Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 11 direct reports (HR and Safety), providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and success.Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with the overall business objectives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
