Job Description

Primary accountabilities:

  1. Translate business and marketing objectives into clear and inspiring comms briefs

  2. Develop strategic roadmap for communications, to unlock growth & accelerate strategy to attract new households and build brands

  3. Build brand activations that are rooted in compelling insights, are culturally relevant, and deliver on brand fit and comms objectives/strategies

  4. Lead an Integrated Agency Team in the creation and development of comms plans, and ensure the idea/narrative is threaded throughout all elements

  5. Oversee execution of tactical components across creative production, media content, partnerships, consumer promotions plans, brand experience/events

Additional Accountabilities:

  • Evaluate data (trends, consumer insights, performance) to determine plan optimizations and pivots

  • Collaborate with consumer insights and brand in consumer learning journeys/comms testing

  • Support creation of marketing comms materials for internal stakeholders that clearly and

    compellingly deliver on creative idea and activation plan

  • Support brand in foundation work including brand pyramids, positioning and guardrails

The Successful Applicant

Ideal person would come from Marketing - MUST INCLUDE Integrated Marketing Experience, can come from Brand Marketing as long as they have the Integrated Marketing piece; Agency side experience a big PLUS...Comm Strategist or Prior Account VP role*This person will come in and will be leading a team of 3 managers, 1 Associate on this team
*Full time standard hours 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
*Must be collaborative and manage their time well - must be a strong multi-tasker
*Excellent Communication Skills
