Director of Manufacturing

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure quality and efficiency in production processes.
• Manage procurement activities and ensure a seamless supply chain to meet production goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Supervise and mentor plant staff, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Analyze production metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to align plant operations with overall company objectives.
