With a strong focus on engineering excellence and environmental impact, the company is driving the future of smart utility technologies.Job DescriptionOversee key operational aspects of post-acquisition integration to ensure alignment with overall business strategy.Design and execute detailed integration plans with a focus on aligning systems, streamlining processes, managing time lines, and coordinating resources.Anticipate and address potential risks throughout the integration period with proactive mitigation plans.Tackle operational roadblocks swiftly to maintain momentum across both M&A and continuous improvement initiatives.Define and lead global initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes through automation and innovation.Manage a capital expenditure portfolio of up to $20M across international operations.Develop a standardized equipment replacement strategy to drive consistency and productivity.Partner with executive and functional leaders to drive cohesive execution across all departments during transformation initiatives.Act as the central point of coordination among cross-functional teams and external partners throughout integration.Establish best practices and assist plant leadership in deploying and refining operational processes.Work with procurement and supply chain leaders to increase flexibility and alignment across global sourcing efforts.Shape and execute a strategic vision for in-house manufacturing and engineering capabilities.Improve delivery performance and cost efficiency by driving a cohesive global manufacturing model.Build a long-term operational roadmap, identifying optimal production locations and internal capabilities in collaboration with key stakeholders.Direct complex, cross-site manufacturing initiatives with significant organizational impact.Launch new product lines, lead consolidation efforts across facilities, and drive the global rollout of new manufacturing capabilities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
