Job Description

  • Lead and manage all operational processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing and supply chain performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with company goals.
  • Oversee compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and adjust processes to achieve optimal results.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure cost control.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the operations team to drive performance.
  • Support the integration of new technologies and systems to enhance efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr./Director of Operations should have:

  • Strong expertise in the FMCG industry, particularly within engineering and manufacturing.
  • 15+ years of Operations, Manufacturing or Engineering experience within the food manufacturing space.
  • Experience working with a Private Equity backed company is a huge plus
  • Must have a bachelor's degree, preference in Engineering or Food Science.
  • Proven ability to lead and optimize operational strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with compliance and safety standards in manufacturing environments.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities to manage teams effectively.
  • Background in implementing innovative technologies and process improvements.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a must



This role is fully onsite in Los Angeles, no remote allowed.
