Director of Operations - Glastonbury, CT

Responsibilities for the Director of Operations include:

• Provide strategic oversight for warehouse, purchasing, and logistics operations.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for cost control, delivery performance, and inventory accuracy.
• Optimize warehouse workflows and purchasing processes for efficiency.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Implement process improvements and leverage ERP systems for data-driven decisions.
• Lead and mentor managers and supervisors to foster a high-performing team.
