Director of Operations - Industrial - Peterborough, NH

Reporting into the Business Unit Vice President, you will be responsible for the following:

• Develop and implement strategic operational initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee the Engineering & Manufacturing department, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.
• Collaborate with other department leaders to align operational activities with the company's strategic goals.
• Oversee all of Manufacturing, Engineering, Facilities, Continuous Improvement, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
• Manage budgeting and resource allocation efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track operational success.
