Director of Operations

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and project delivery in the construction department.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead and mentor teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges or risks proactively.
• Ensure effective communication across departments to align goals and objectives.
• Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
