Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Director of Customer Service are:

  • Play a key leadership role as a member of the Senior Leadership Team to maximize value creation and business growth with focus on supply chain, manufacturing, program management, product development, and materials supply as well as provide oversight of Facilities Management function.
  • Prioritize project and production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency and materials supply.
  • Establish, improve, and leverage key metrics and key performance indicators to drive operational performance and continuous improvement, standardization and efficiencies across the company.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships throughout the company and on a cross-functional basis
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to align goals, gain input on strategies/tactics and drive business performance.
  • Anticipate and identifying risks to revenue or production and come up with a mitigation plan.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Director of Customer Service will have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years experience required.
  • Extensive Call Center Experience and equipment service experience required.
  • Medical device industry experience in a customer service environment required
  • Experience with ERP and CRM business applications
  • Strong interpersonal, project management and communication skills required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
