Job Description

  • Manage a portfolio of LIHTC properties ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Oversee financial performance of assigned properties
  • Coordinate with property managers to ensure properties are well maintained
  • Prepare and review annual budgets and financial reports
  • Work closely with investors and stakeholders
  • Ensure timely completion of annual LIHTC compliance reports
  • Attend property inspections and audits
  • Resolve any property-related issues in a timely manner
