Director of Packaging Engineering

• Develop and implement packaging strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee the design, testing, and production of new packaging solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and product development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and sustainability initiatives.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in packaging operations.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for materials and services.
• Lead and mentor the packaging engineering team to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor industry trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
