Job Description

  • Lead the packaging engineering team to develop innovative and sustainable packaging solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging aligns with product requirements and brand standards.
  • Oversee the evaluation and selection of materials and suppliers for packaging needs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and quality control measures.
  • Implement cost-effective packaging strategies without compromising quality.
  • Manage packaging design, prototyping, and testing processes.
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing teams to optimize production efficiency.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for packaging innovation within the FMCG industry.
