The duties of the Director of People and Culture are:

The Successful Applicant

The successful Director of People and Culture has the following skills

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5 Years of HR Experience
  • Excellent computer skills required
  • Understanding of applicable federal and state employment laws regarding HR functions, including but not limited to benefits, recruitment, on-boarding, compensation, employee engagement, employee/labor relations, and compliance.
  • A team player with the ability to build relationships and demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Responsive to requests from customers, the public, co-workers, and management.
  • Excellent computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, multi-line phones, and general office equipment.
