APPLY NOW AND YOUR RESUME WILL BE REVIEWED WITHIN 24 HOURS!Job DescriptionThe Director of Preconstruction will:Review plans and specification requirements for constructionMark up plans to identify specific work activitiesPrepare subcontractor scope of work lettersPerform basic general estimating duties such as quantity take offs, data input, and preparing RFI's for plan discrepancies and time issuesConduct subcontractor solicitation and negotiations, perform in person (and remote) review of documents and scope of work, coordinate, copy, assemble, and shop bid documents for specific tradesFile, ship, and process project data informationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
