Job Description

  • Lead preconstruction efforts, including estimating, budgeting, and scheduling for construction projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and project teams to develop project scopes and objectives.
  • Analyze project requirements and provide cost-effective and efficient solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed project proposals and budgets to stakeholders.
  • Oversee value engineering processes to optimize project designs and budgets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Mentor and guide preconstruction team members to ensure professional growth and success.
