My client is looking for construction leaders who can help oversee project teams, find and win new business, work with clients, and lead from the front at the executive level level. This person needs to have excellent leadership skills, a visionary mindset, and is invested in helping develop other construction professionals and this businesses portfolio. Job Description

  • Plan and implement large projects
  • Direct and lead the work of technical staff
  • Help spearhead my clients brand new preconstruction arm - implementing strong SOPs
  • Evaluate new strategies and procedures
  • Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met on all projects
  • Maintain required project documentation
  • Serve as a liaison between business and owner of projects
  • Write and review owner contracts
  • Business Development

The Successful Applicant



  • The Successful Project Executive:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Civil Engineering required
    • 15-20+ years of experience in Construction
    • Ground-up experience
    • Commercial, automotive, multifamily, warehouse, education, or health care experience
    • Working knowledge of commercial construction technology and details
    • Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications, contracts, drawings, legal agreements, etc.
    • Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
    • Extremely tech savvy and driven
    • Ability to work with anyone
    • Interest and skill set to train others
