The company operates in a highly regulated industry and is undergoing a multi-site transformation focused on operational excellence, workforce engagement, and long-term scalability.Job Description The key responsibilities for the Director of CI for the manufacturer in Colorado are:Lead site-wide CI and process improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost reduction, quality, and flow optimization.Design and implement Lean tools and systems including Kaizen events, standard work, 5S, and visual management.Train, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams on CI tools and methodologies.Partner with operations, engineering, and quality to drive measurable improvements in plant performance.Support data-driven decision-making through KPIs, dashboards, and structured problem-solving (RCA, A3, etc.).Act as a cultural change agent to embed CI thinking into daily operations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
