Job Description

As the Director of Procurement and Strategic Sourcing - Food Manufacturing you will develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency across all raw ingredients and packaging.
Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with all applicable procurement policies and regulations.
Lead a team of procurement professionals to drive performance and achieve key metrics.
Monitor market trends to inform sourcing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Develop and manage the procurement budget effectively.
This role is on site and based in Anaheim, CA.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director of Procurement and Strategic Sourcing - Food Manufacturing should have:

Strong expertise in procurement and strategic sourcing within food and beverage ingredients or food production and manufacturing is mandatory for this role.
Bachelors degree in related field is preferred.
Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
This role is onsite in Anaheim, CA
