Apply today for this unique and exciting opportunity to join a company with a very bright future!Job Description Oversee, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).Align quality systems with lean manufacturing principles and organizational goals.Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve compliance, efficiency, and product quality.Serve as the primary contact for regulatory audits, inspections, and external assessments.Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and customer requirements.Identify potential compliance risks and develop proactive mitigation plans.Use Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, and other data‑driven methodologies to improve process capability and reduce waste.Lead investigations into quality issues, deviations, and non-conformances.Manage Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes and customer complaint resolution.Develop and maintain incoming inspection plans, sampling methods, and quality procedures.Analyze inspection and quality data to track trends, KPIs, and improvement opportunities.Prepare detailed reports and communicate quality performance across the organization.Lead and mentor the quality team, providing coaching and training.Implement quality-related training for staff across multiple departments.Promote a culture focused on prevention, risk mitigation, and continuous learning.Identify risks related to product quality and safety and implement mitigation strategies.Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams.Handle other duties as assigned to support business needs.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
