With a strong presence in the Chicago region, they have established themselves as a trusted partner for businesses seeking reliable, high-performance industrial solutions.Job DescriptionLead and develop high-performing Quality teams across multiple locations.Cultivate a collaborative culture within and between departments.Create and sustain comprehensive Analytical programs for all quality and production processes.Establish and implement a strategic quality roadmap, covering quality systems, product lifecycle methodologies, and document management.Provide technical expertise in analytical methods development, product formulation, and process optimization.Oversee product investigations, lot release processes, material controls, R&D Quality, and data integrity protocols.Identify and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiencies.Define, track, and report on key metrics and KPIs to the executive leadership team to support P&L performance.Support validation activities for equipment, systems, and processes.Ensure compliance with internal requirements, risk assessments, verifications, and change management procedures.Lead the creation and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Oversee the release of raw materials, component parts, and finished goods.Manage customer qualification surveys, audits, and improvement initiatives.Develop and implement strategies to engage with external stakeholders and maintain communication with regulatory bodies.Establish and negotiate Quality and Regulatory agreements with customers, including special requirements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
