Job Description

Responsibilites for the Director of Quality:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Define and enforce quality control processes across all stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Lead the development of quality metrics and KPIs to measure and improve product quality.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for quality improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee the development and execution of quality audits and inspections.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to quality assurance teams, ensuring a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Drive the resolution of quality-related issues, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Conduct regular reviews of quality performance and provide reports to senior management.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to guide the company in quality-related matters.
