Job Description

  • Lead, Manage, Accountability
    • Lead, develop, and manage marketing and sales team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving
    • Establish clear performance metrics and accountability systems for team members
  • Define and implement operational policies and procedures
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with company objectives
    • Establish and maintain operational policies and procedures to optimize team efficiency
  • Develop and execute new growth directives
    • Create and execute new growth initiatives to expand market presence and revenue
  • Forecasting and reporting
    • Develop accurate sales forecasts and revenue projections
    • Create and present regular performance reports to leadership team
  • Ensure sales targets for company and individuals are met
    • Collaborate with leadership team to define long-term strategic goals
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for both marketing and sales activities
    • Ensure individual and team sales targets are consistently met or exceeded
    • Implement corrective actions when performance deviates from targets
    • Analyze, manage, and mitigate problems by utilizing a risk assessment approach

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellence in team leadership and development
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication and presentation skills
  • An innovative mindset that compliments problem solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with estimating
  • In-depth knowledge of data analysis using different relevant software packages
  • Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) packages
  • Proven knowledge of performance evaluation metrics in a business setting
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational policies and procedures



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing and sales management
  • Commercial roofing sales and or MSA sales experience
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Track record of implementing successful growth strategies
  • Experience in commercial services industries
