This role is integral to the success of our company and offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to drive growth and contribute directly to their 5 year strategy.The client base is primarily hospitals, healthcare facilities and nursing homes, with a view to supporting patients post-medical care, in their home space.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of eight sales professionals, ensuring individual and team sales goals are consistently achieved. Provide coaching, training, and support to drive performance and professional development.Sales Generation: Take a hands-on approach by actively generating your own sales, building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, prospects, and clients. This includes attending networking events, meeting potential clients, and closing business opportunities.Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, including identifying new business opportunities, refining sales processes, and improving market penetration.Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and other executive leaders to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
