Their nozzles and systems are used for cooling, cleaning, coating, humidification, and fire protection, among other applications.The company is known for its innovation in spray technology and its focus on providing efficient, reliable, and environmentally sustainable solutions.Job DescriptionStrategic Sales LeadershipDevelop and implement a division-wide sales strategy aligned with group goals to drive consistent, repeatable revenue.Sales Team ManagementEvaluate the current Regional Sales Managers in terms of performance, territory activity, contribution to revenue, and alignment with the sales strategy.Build and lead a high-performing SDR team.Recruit, train, and mentor sales personnel to align with strategic objectives and performance expectations.Foster a collaborative and performance-driven team culture, encouraging open communication and shared success.Key Accounts and Customer ManagementSegment and prioritize customers based on tier-level classification, reviewing annually.Deepen relationships with strategic accounts to ensure long-term success and repeat business.Serve as the executive-level contact for major accounts, ensuring satisfaction and partnership growth.Sales Operations and ForecastingOversee sales budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes.Provide regular performance reporting and rolling sales forecasts.Define and track KPIs to monitor progress and drive continuous improvement across the team.Cross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate regularly with Division Management at headquarters and affiliate teams to maintain strategic alignment.Work closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Finance to ensure sales efforts support overall business objectives.Market and Technical ExpertiseStay current on industry trends and maintain technical knowledge relevant to our customers' needs.Support the sales team with technical presentations, specifications, and marketing materials.Represent my client at conferences, customer meetings, and industry events.Process Improvement and InnovationContinuously assess and enhance sales processes, tools, and team structure.Champion digital tools and CRM adoption to improve efficiency, reporting, and customer insights.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
